Cancellation timelines
- 7 or more days before check-in: full refund, less any banking transaction fee.
- 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Under 72 hours before check-in, or a no-show: no refund.
Peak season and festival bookings
- Bookings during Christmas, New Year week, and Jaisalmer Desert Festival are non-refundable.
